Our standard Staging Consultation with Recommendations Report remains our most popular service. This 2 hour consult documents all our recommendations concerning colours, furniture and accessories placement, lighting, de-cluttering, repairs, upgrades, and tips for organizing and managing your home while selling. This service takes out all the guesswork when preparing to sell.
This new bundle provides on-the-spot tweaking of accessories, artwork, furniture placement (excluding oversize pieces) followed by our same-day standard Real Estate Photo Shoot which includes a minimum of 15 images for a standard property. Time spent on location is approximately 2 hours.
